We are a Japanese multinational companies with speaker parts product, located at Batamindo Industrial Park Mukakuning inviting challenging  and suitable candidates to fill the following positions :

PROCESS ENGINEER - BATAM

Report To Director & President Director

Job Responsibility

• Overall process operation plan
• Process capabilities that adapt to costumer critical products standards
• Compatability of output from technologies, development and mass-production design department
• Process failure mode analysis/P-FMEA
• Design of Jig and tools and refurbishment of supported environment
• Oversee the preventive maintenance on machineries/facilities in production
• To plan, coordinate and control shifting of any production facilities in, out or within the company

Job Requirements

• Male, age minimum 35 years old
• Having at least 10 years experience in Manufacturing with strong background to manage people (preferably in Automotive Manufacturing)
• University degree of Engineering, Preferably in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Good command in English, able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure and independently
• Able to work in irregular hours
• Having knowledge of QS 9001 & ISO 14001 & ISO/TS 16949:2002
• Good remuneration package will be given to a suitable candidate
